3. Payment Terms
- Pricing: Individual sessions are $10 for 30 minutes; monthly subscriptions are $60 for 7 sessions per month.
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc.
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Sessions begin immediately upon purchase and cannot be refunded.
- Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Payment Methods: You may optionally save payment methods with Stripe for future convenience.
4. Privacy & Data Handling
- No Account Required: You can use the service without creating an account or providing personal information.
- Conversations: All conversations are processed in real-time and are not stored or retained after your session ends.
- Optional Email: Email addresses are only collected if you voluntarily provide them for payment confirmation.
- Local Storage: Session tokens and trial status are managed locally in your browser.
